The People's Championship Terms and Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions


By attending the The People's Championship, all attendees agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.


2. Event Organizers Liability


The Event organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the Event. Attendees are encouraged to take appropriate precautions for their personal belongings and well-being.


3. Personal Property


All personal property brought to the Event by attendees is at their own risk. The Event organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.


4. Security Measures


The Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide security measures during the Event. However, attendees are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to Event staff.


5. Health and Safety


Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. The Event organizers are not liable for any injuries or medical emergencies that may occur.


6. Code of Conduct


Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct without refund.


7. Ticketing and Refund Policy


All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the Event is cancelled. The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee without refund for violating these terms and conditions.


8. Event Cancellation or Postponement


The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees, and ticket refunds may be offered.


9. Photography and Recording


By attending the Event, attendees grant permission for the Event organizers to use photographs and recordings for promotional purposes.


10. Eviction for Threatening or Violent Behaviour.


The Event organizers reserve the right to immediately evict, without refund, any attendee who engages in threatening, violent, or disruptive behaviour before or during the Event. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical abuse, harassment, intimidation, or any action that poses a risk to the safety of other attendees, staff, or participants. The determination of threatening or violent behaviour is at the sole discretion of the Event organizers or their appointed representatives. Attendees evicted under this clause may be subject to further legal action.


11. Changes to Terms and Conditions


The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes, and continued attendance implies acceptance of the modified terms.


12. Governing Law


These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
